Manish had the privilege of working across multiple industries in startups, established organizations in the Middle East, India & SE Asia with organizations like TATA STEEL & Consulting firm - Hay Group managing several large-scale transformation projects.
Manish has over 24 years of progressive HR experience as HRBP, Consultant & HR leader Armed with MBA – HR from SCMHRD, Pune and Certificate in Advanced Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University. He is a trainer and speaker in various seminars and forum.
As a consultant, he was involved in supporting over 70 organizations in BFSI, Govt, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas sector, developing HR strategy, operating model, HR transformation & change agenda.
In his current role, he is driving the HR transformation, has been involved in M&A for the group.
Manish’s key expertise lies in aligning & transforming end to end HR with business strategy. He is very passionate about digital HR, transformation & analytics.
